Another part of a patient’s journey to survivorship is the expensive chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatments. Some patients back out after one or two courses of chemotherapy because they can’t afford the remaining courses required, and this further delays their treatment and might even worsen their case and make it more expensive. Sebeccly provides free/discounted chemotherapy and radiotherapy to indigent cancer patients in partnership with tertiary health institutions such as Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH). Through this initiative, we have been able to.
